Rent for commercial space depends on size and fit-out, which is why it is quoted on request. A community fee of CHF 20 per person and month applies on top.

An outdoor parking space in front of the building costs CHF 150 per month, a place in the underground car park with round the clock access CHF 200, both cancellable monthly. A business address with mail handling costs CHF 200 per month and is included with every office rental. For events there are seminar rooms and the congress hall, listed on Rent a hall in Zurich.
